  • When a shopper qualifies, the free gift is added automatically and the messaging updates instantly. If the shopper removes items and no longer qualifies, the gift is removed just as smoothly to keep the cart accurate.
  • And if the shopper decides to remove the gift manually, Hype understands that they have opted out. The system respectfully keeps the gift removed even if their cart still qualifies, while offering a simple option to add it back anytime.

All of this happens in one continuous flow, without code or complicated setup giving customers a sense of clarity and control while keeping the promotion running reliably in the background.
