RAIDE takes a thoughtful, engineering first approach to product design. Every item is developed with clear intent to help athletes and outdoor enthusiasts move farther, faster, and with less waste. Because of this focus, RAIDE serves a global customer base, selling directly to customers across more than 10 international markets, each with different currencies and pricing needs.

As a global DTC brand, RAIDE needs pricing and promotions that are accurate, fair, and market-specific, without hurting the premium feel of the brand.

Challenge

For Black Friday, RAIDE could not use a simple percentage discount.

They needed:

  • Live pricing by market, not flat discounts
  • Support for 10+ markets, each with a different currency
  • Different cart value thresholds for each currency
  • Clear product inclusions and exclusions so only selected products were discounted
  • A smooth VIP presale for loyal customers
